The entire team makes all the necessary arrangements to welcome you this summer of 2021.
Our cleaning professionals, equipped with disposable masks, gloves and slippers disinfect every corner of your apartment, between each change of occupant, in particular the risk areas (handles, remote controls etc …).
Your apartment is fully ventilated for the duration of the cleaning (50min to 1h30).
Our laundry is machine washed at over 60 ° C.
We respect a minimum post-cleaning period of 3 hours before handing you the keys of your apartment.
Hydro alcoholic gel dispensers are available on each floor of the residence.
Our stair doors remain open so you don’t have to operate any handles before entering your apartment. The elevator remains at your disposal.
Exceptionally, and for the safety of all our customers and staff, we will not carry out any luggage and we apologize for this.
Finally, our receptionists, specially trained, will be provided with masks to welcome you. They will ensure that no direct contact occurs. We have therefore simplified our check-in procedures.
The city of Nice welcomes you the all year in its many palaces and permanent Museums (Orthodox Cathedral, Museum of Fine Arts, Matisse Museum, Chagall Museum, Museum of Modern Art, Archaeological Museum, Palais Lascaris, Museum of Asian Arts …), and for its punctual events.
